The stopping accuracy and consistency of the repeat ability

control
The electrical control system is a switch cabinet on the left-hand
side of the machine. Mainly electrical components are in accordance
with the DIN or ISO standard. The machine is fitted with many

Bending the whole sheet length need the parallelism
between the table and the ran which also be consistent YSD's
machine has built into the table for crowing. Standard YSD's
press brakes (below 165 Tons) are not supplied with adjustable
crowing device. For extra angle consistency requirements, when
bending a great variety of thicknesses a crowing device with
central adjustment (including manual and motorized come table
to a DNC ) fitted on the table can be supplied as an option.

¡öReliably
YSD hydraulics
The hydraulic power pack which lock hydraulics mini ising hoses
and some connections are manufactured by YSD. Extremely reliable
and precise REXROTH or VICKERS or BOSCH valves are used for
the regulating circuit. There is also a low sound lever pump
and a large tank with oil level and temperature gauge on oil
filter. double-acting cylinders ensure high reliability safety
and reliability guaranteed! |

The gauge bar on thee back gauge option can receive either simple
gauge fingers or gauge heads. with vertical adjustment by hand
wheel. both with micro metrical adjustment. |

Back gauge with hand adjustment in digital readout or with motorized
adjustment in LED display and with CNC control X-axis in order
to position counter.

¡öFront support
YSD type PPT and HPB press brakes offer the standard simple
front support. The machine also can be supplied with more front
supports based on customer's specific requirement.

YSD machines have been designed to comply with the health and
safety requirements of the Machinery Directive, and offer a
range of optional devices and safety based on customer's specific
requirements, such as safety light curtain. CE safety guards

YSD press brake tooling is heat-treated throughout before machining
for exceptional wear resistance. A wide range of punches and
slies for different machine makes as well as tooling are available
in standard or for the special requirements of each customer. |
