control
The electrical control system is a switch cabinet on the left-hand
side of the machine. Mainly electrical components are in accordance
with the DIN or ISO standard. The machine is fitted with many
Telemecanique components which have overload protection reliability
and the service are easily obtain able throughout the world. |

¡öHoleeowns
They receive a pre-set clamping force before the shear action
starts and force builds up proportionally to the thickness and
tensile strength of the plate being cut. At the left end, to
guarantee on even better clamping the hold downs are positioned
closer together allowing the clamping of narrow strips by more
than one hold down. |

¡öReliably
YSD hydraulics
The hydraulic power pack which lock hydraulics mini ising hoses
and some connections are manufactured by YSD. Extremely reliable
and precise REXROTH or VICKERS or BOSCH valves are used for
the regulating circuit. There is also a low sound lever pump
and a large tank with oil level and temperature gauge on oil
filter. double-acting cylinders ensure high reliability safety
and reliability guaranteed! |

¡öBlade beam guiding
Three pairs of rollers ensure optimal guiding of blade beam,
the two lower roller guides (A) offer maximum resistance to
horizontal forces, while the upper pair(B) form a reverse torque
to balance the cutting beam. The beam is permanently forced
against the rollers by a third pair of prestressed roller guides
(C). During the cutting action the angled movement of the beam
precise, straight, vertical cut edge is obtained reducing burrs
and friction between the upper and lower blades. |

gauge
YSD shears have a power driven back gauge operated from the
front of the machine. Motorized back gauge with digit readout,
the reset function can easily effect forward & backward.Back
gauge travel can be in inch. some versions also offer as standared
a completly swing-up back gauge to enable the cut of strips
wider than the back gauge travel. One of the options available
is a pneumatically operated swing away back gauge enabling material
to be cut which is beyond the maximum range of the back gauge.

YSD machines have been designed to comply with the health and
safety requirements of the Machinery Directive, and offer a
range of optional devices and safety based on customer's specific
requirements, such as safety light curtain. CE safety guards
is available. |

¡öModes of operation
The control panel is equipped with a key switch to
allow the choice of single or continuous stroking which the
operator activates by using the movable foot switch. |

¡öCutting angle
The YSD's independent controls for the blade gap and cutting
angle are important features to obtain an optimal result and
the ideal setting for virtually any kind of material. |

¡öBlade
gap
Satisfactory cutting results can only be obtained when the rake
angle and blade gap are adjusted correctly. |

¡öFrame throat
No gap or opening gap up to 100mm in the side frames is standard.
A deep gap isn't standard, but it allows option which the cut
of sheet plate longer than the blade length, up to a width will
be required by user. |

¡öCutting length/Strokes
The cutting length is easily adjusted by a portentionmeter on
the control panel.Short strokes may be used to cut material
shorter than the entire blade length, thus reducing the cutting
thime and increasing productivty. |

Made of high Carbon bigh Chrome steel each blade has four cutting
edges and are suitable for the cutting of most materials including
stainless steel and can be turned three times before regrind. |
